Health Services Mission
|
CITGO's Health Services holds a mission of promoting and protecting optimal health of employees through comprehensive programs within the context of a safe and healthy work environment. Their work takes them far beyond routine post-offer physical exams for potential new employees, and occupational injury or illness, or return to work assessments.
CITGO's health professionals are on the frontlines of preventative initiatives by offering numerous programs for its employees including the following:

Screening for problems surrounding blood pressure, bone density, prostate, skin cancer, cholesterol, pulmonary function, hearing and vision.

Employee Health Fairs

Education programs/Seminars conducted for CITGO employees either during the day or on their lunch hour.

Corporate fitness program which allows employees to be compensated for expenses associated with joining a fitness club/gym.
